Hotel was fine. Served its purpose as a fist night layover after a long flight. Close to airport. No shuttle services. Cab was $17 for a 3 minute trip.

Great value and so convenient to get to the airport. Taxis and Uber are minutes away. The very friendly and caring staff at this hotel go out of their way to ensure you are completely satisfied with everything.

The hotel is fine, decent restaurant. Comfy bed. Nice staff, very helpful. It’s a quick taxi ride but the taxis have to charge minimum €16. Not possible to walk to. Still convenient for those early morning flights out of Malaga.

The staff were very inviting and helpful, and even at 3 in the morning there were some pastries and coffee out for many of us who had early flights. Very close to airport, but with the windows closed the noise was not noticeable.

The Holiday Inn Malaga airport is an economical and very convenient way to spend the night, if you have an early flight. You have to factor in the $12.50 taxi cost for the 5 minute ride to the airport. This is a flat rate for the hotel. Our room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. We ate dinner at the hotel. Big mistake. It is contracted to a caterer and is low quality and expensive. Far better to eat in Malaga before hopping on the train. The included breakfast is quite good though. Lots of choice and fresh meats, breads, cereal and fruit. We did walk from the airport to the hotel (10 mins), which was fine except for one busy road by a roundabout that must be crossed, with no set crosswalk. Felt like the frogger game! Not to be done with luggage. I recommend this hotel for a 1 night stay.

We highly recommend Holiday Inn Express Malaga Airport in Malaga, Spain. We planned a single night stay after catching a late flight. The hotel was just a few minutes from the airport, so it was very convenient; but it was the helpful and friendly staff that set it apart. The front desk personnel were great and very welcoming when we arrived, and the breakfast staff were smiling, efficient, and presented a lovely breakfast.

Pleasantly surprised by how wonderful my last night stay was. Checkin terrific, room big and spacious, supper in restaurant (pizza) really good. Morning breakfast staff very kind and a decent buffet. So what’s the downside, Yes take a taxi to the airport. Don’t struggle with your luggage. I used www.cheaptransfermalaga.online (Martin) he was amazing. I have no affiliation with this company. And my room was a bit warm. They don’t turn on AC until the weather starts warming up more. But I just opened the windows and fresh air came in. My room was very clean. No worries at all. This hotel is mainly useful for the airport. It was a good basic hotel. The staff were lovely and I really thought the coffee machine available all hours was a really nice touch.

Typical motorway Motel. Near airport for late night arrival before starting holiday. Reception staff very pleasant. Very comfortable bed. Fresh room. No aircon in winter months as you would expect. Noise from motorway. Surroundings just a very big carpark and industrial area beyond. The cost of a taxi for a 5 minute drive is a minimum of €20, expensive. Breakfast basic continental, fresh. Staff had issues with guests not waiting to be given a table, sadly everyone very impatient and not wanting to wait turn. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Guest need to teach their children manners! Not a relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel is good value for money. This is the second time we have stayed there. We walk from the airport and it takes about 20 minutes. The area surrounding the hotel is a little shabby but inside the hotel is very clean. The reception staff are excellent. They have amazing English language skills and they managed to check us in early. The breakfast time was very very busy. They ran out of hot food and one coffee machine wasn't working which meant long queues for hot drinks. The kitchen and waiting staff were very efficient, hard working and polite. The room was clean and tidy. We like the location of this hotel because we can use the bus to get to the city or walk back to the airport and use the train. Or if we fancy a walk we can walk to Torremolinos in an hour. We will return.
