Overall, pretty good, good food, excellent coffee. Our experience was negatively influenced because of sewage odour in our room, due to overflow in the bathroom sink. We asked to change room but resort was full. They did a treatment which helped for one day but terrible odour was back. We complained again and never heard from anyone neither were we offered compensation. This was poorly handled and a bad experience. We were out a lot but we had to close the bathroom door in mornings and evenings and leave the patio door open. Had to share

The aparthotel is family oriented with very good miniclub and kids activities, this is the biggest plus for us. The indoor pool is excellent as well, although the water depth is quite deep so might not be suitable for non-swimmers. The half board options are reasonably good as well. The cooking quality for dinner however still have some room for improvement.

Great Family Resprt
My family very much enjoyed our stay! We wished we were on the beach but it was a five minute walk. The food was good and my six year old said it was the best food he’d ever eaten (chocolate fountain, pizza, churros). I wish we had known about all the many things happening at the resort because we probably missed most. Mini disco must for all families with littles. So cute!

This hotel is fantastic, I write this review from the hotel whilst waiting on my wife. We are here for 5 x nights All-inclusive. Food really good, plenty of options, drinks and deserts have plenty of options. Rooms are very well kept, plenty of room, cleaned often. Staff are fantastic. Isabel on reception was very very helpful,. Chef Yasmina and Sandra done a beautiful sea food soup. Really lovely. Bar staff are brilliant. This hotel is 4 Star, and is a strong one at that. It doesn't claim to be 5 star... Yet there's not much I'd change about it. Big thumbs up from us.

Perfect location. Not too far from the beach, restaurants & cafes. Hotel is very clean, restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful, but there was one female receptionist who wasn’t very friendly at all.

Have stayed in this hotel a few times before with members of my family and always enjoyed it. Was slightly disappointed with the entertainment this time round. We are considering trying somewhere different next February mid term break.

AMAZING STAY!
We had an amazing stay at Benalmedena Palace that exceeded all of our expectations! The staff were very friendly and approachable, our bedroom was lovely with a beautiful balcony & they made our celebrations very special. Weather was amazing, hotel staff were friendly and nothing was to much of a bother.. rooms were kept lovely and rubbish taken daily! Pool staff and entertainment was good my son enjoyed all plenty of sun loungers and really clean Food also good and fair prices If I go back to the Costa del all I would definitely stay at the benalmadena palace again

From the offset I can share that we spent a good few days at the hotel. Food wise was good, hotel staff was exactly what you would expect and the hotel met our general expectations regarding facilities. Having said that, the hotel is do for a bit of a renovation in most areas. It's maybe a 3.5 star hotel and we would rate it like most people which is 4 out 5.

Fantastic hotel for a family break
So many praises for this hotel. Very clean, friendly staff and great facilities. Our children loved the pool, mini club, mini disco and the entertainment staff. Jose, Claudia, Maltilda & all the entertainment team were so kind to the children. Beny the Tiger was a big hit!! My husband and I actually managed to get some quality time together on occasion as the kids enjoyed the mini club so much. The restaurant had a wide range of options for food. We did half board and that was enough. We heard there were a quite few restrictions with the all inclusive. The hotel is situated on a very steep hill but they do have a courtesy bus if needed that runs along the seafront. We took the local buses up to mijas pueblo which was well worth a visit as very pretty. The marina in Benalmedena is lovely and the park too. The rooms were a good size, modern and clean. Sofa bed was sturdy but not comfortable like a double bed. I would highly recommend this hotel as it has something for everyone. We like to travel around for our holidays but may pop back for a short break. The kids miss BENY!! Big thank you to all the staff who work so hard to make this hotel great.

Would definitely recommend.
From check in to check out, the staff were incredible. The room was served it’s purpose perfectly well and housekeeping was regular and thorough. Many measures in place to keep it covid safe. Very hospitable and family friendly.

Everything was perfect and spotless. Found a welcoming display in the room of an elephant made out of a towel and some sweets. Lovely spread for breakfast. The staff were very helpful too. 2 mins walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. Will be returning soon.

Lovely family hotel
hotel is a lovely family hotel with plenty of activities to enjoy with the family. Location is also really great, there plenty around although you do need a car.

Hotel is well located, close to what you need. There is local shop 5 minutes walking distance, very close to the beach. Apartment and balcony is good size. Staff at the hotel is amazing and very friendly. They are helpful and willing to help you when you need anything. You've got entertainment every evening, which is for both, adults and children. Also, there is enough to do within the hotel in case bad weather. We used indoor pool pretty every day - water very clean and does not sting your eyes...

Pleasant family break
A really pleasant stay at this hotel. All staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Great hotel for the indoor pool, gym, kids club etc. We also paid extra on the nights we wanted to eat in the restaurant. Fairly good variety of food available on both nights we ate there. Will definitely return again.
