Very bright, with two balconies overlooking the street, giving it a special charm. Fully equipped, it features free WIFI and air conditioning (hot/cold). – Features: It has one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bathtub, it has an electric water heater for hot water. It also includes a hairdryer. The living room, with two lovely balconies facing the street, is equipped with a TV, dining table, and sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, washing machine, capsule coffee maker, toaster, and more. The apartment is located in a fully renovated historic building, on the first floor without an elevator. – Services: The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, capsule coffee maker, kettle, and everything necessary for cooking. The apartment offers free WIFI and all the amenities for our guests: air conditioning (hot/cold), TV, coffee maker, kettle, hairdryer, iron, washing machine, etc. Guests benefit from an exclusive free medical care service (non-hospital) during their stay. – Historic Center: Located in a renovated historic building on one of the most well-known streets in Málaga’s center, where traditions such as the Holy Week processions are celebrated intensely. Just two minutes away on foot, you’ll find the surroundings of Plaza de los Mártires, the Carmen Thyssen Museum, Plaza de Uncibay, and just five minutes away, the famous Calle Larios. – Getting Around: The apartment is within walking distance of all monuments and museums and just five minutes from Calle Larios. There are also supermarkets, fashion stores, and popular restaurants nearby. It is easy to reach from the airport and the central bus and train stations. – Things to Keep in Mind: This is a tourist accommodation certified as EcoFriendly by Olédays. IMPORTANT: The apartment is located in a 19th-century building on the first floor without an elevator. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom is located inside the bedroom. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment or in the common areas of the building. Smoking is allowed on the balconies. CHECK-IN: Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, but we strive to accommodate our guests at the time they need, upon request. PETS: Pets are welcome. Owners are responsible for the animal’s well-being and any damage it may cause. House and community rules must be respected.
