Spectacular two-bedroom duplex, elegant and modern, combining comfort and design. Decorated in neutral and warm tones with natural wood elements and some touches of color that bring light and originality to the space. The contemporary furniture blends perfectly into the space.   
  
The house is distributed over two floors. On the first floor we have the fully equipped kitchen (oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) open to the living room where the light reigns, a complete bathroom and exterior access to a small terrace with a laundry room. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, a very charming toilet in the main room and a spectacular terrace where you can relax and enjoy the weather.   
  
The accommodation is located just 10 minutes walk from the historic center, 25 minutes from La Malagueta beach (1.5 km approx.) and the marina; in a quiet residential area with all services around. The apartment is spacious and close to public transport.   
  
The apartment has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a spectacular terrace and a self-check-in system to make arrival easier. Parking nearby is possible on request depending on availability at a cost of €15/day. 40-inch flat-screen Smart TV.
