The accommodation is really terrible. I am actually sleeping on a spring not a mattress. The price is not suitable with the condition of the room. The staff service is terrible too. The receptionist at the main counter shouted at us. Even so you are tired, we are still guest at your hotel. At least please not let us sleep on a spring. Just change all the mattress into a New one. Please clean up the room after reservation made. We feels like sleeping in a barn. Even a barn is better.

La persona que me recibió muy grosera ! La persona que me hizo el check out muy amable ! Respecto a la habitación, sucia y con malos olores ! Por el precio no esperas una mansión pero la amabilidad y la limpieza no es algo de lo que se pueda prescindir sin importar el precio !

Sangat kurang menyenangkan...sila tambahbaik pengurusan di hotel anda...terutama suasana yang kurang menyenangkan dri segi bilik,tandas dan suasana sekeliling
