The air conditioning in my room (706) was extremely loud, which wasn’t the case during my stay two years ago. This suggests the equipment may be aging and in need of maintenance or replacement.The ‘beachfront’ description is also a bit misleading. While the property is close to the beach, most rooms including mine do not offer true 180‑degree oceanfront views; they are primarily side‑angle views. Other than that, it’s a great place to get away and relax"

Also, when I started up the clerk came and carried my large bag up to the 2nd. It was very thoughtful. The room was clean & fridge worked. Ok beds. Not very good breakfast. It is near a lot of stores & restaurants. I was there to go to a graduation so it was good for that kind of stay"

"When I first arrived to check in, The front desk employee did not greet me, did not offer a smile, there was absolutely no warmth. Because I didn’t realize this hotel is right off of I 95 a very busy highway, I asked if my room was able to be on the other side of the building. He said yes, that he had me on the other side. When I got to my room, I realized no it’s facing I could’ve thrown a stone onto the highway. It was so close and when I called to ask him why he didn’t tell me when I asked he said he didn’t know that he looked at the map of the room is wrong. I can tell you after staying there one time I can tell you which side of the building the odd and even numbers are. Additionally, I usually am very pleased with comfort in beds, these were however, not comfortable at all. On the second night I slept three hours and left early. Very disappointing."
