The room was more than adequate. The bathroom had been updated, but the comforter was outdated making the room appear “retro”.
The beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed the wood burning hot tub experience under the stars. It was quite lovely.
We liked it so much we decided to go back to Wanaka at the end of our trip to have another day there. (Would recommend water taxi to the island called “Mou Waho” to see the island within the island.

Lovely staff. Room clean and tidy. Beds comfy and good ammenities . Excellent shower - finally a decent shower with an adjustable rail! Shower dome a bonus so you didn’t get left with a steamy bathroom. Quick walk into town.

Enjoyed our stay here. Soaking into hot pools after the Roy's peak hike was magical. The breakfast buffet was great too with multiple options. Room had beautiful mountain views.

"Warm and cosy Fire for the cold nights pre loaded for when we arrived on a very wet cold night, and the heat pump had been turned on to take the chill off.Nice quiet location. Plenty of bedding options to accomadate different groups.Great communication from the hosts.We would happily stay again."
