"The residential complex is situated half way between Darhar ( old Hurghada ) and Sheraton Road ( New Hurghada walking street ) The complex itself is very safe and has it's own 24/7 security who are happy to help with anything at all. The security Boss speaks very good English. Only one younger member tried his luck to get some Bucksheesh... but otherwise all very professional! The apartment itself is managed by a Egyption lady called Noor. They changed my apartment midway...

"My stay at Jaz Saraya Resort was truly exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome — their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding and really set the tone for the entire trip. Everything about the resort was simply awesome — the facilities were immaculate, the amenities were top-notch, and the overall atmosphere was both relaxing and vibrant. Every corner of the resort reflected great care and quality. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I would highly recommend Jaz Saraya to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.
