"We liked the swimming pool, pool table, ping pong and gym. Unfortunately our room ‘Paul’ was tiny for 4 people, it was in the attic space so incredibly hot, even with fans, and difficult to access. Only one toilet on top floor to share between 10 people. Did not sleep well at property. The breakfast was fine. Dogs are welcome, but hosts dog unruly and out of control, so my dog had to spend all it’s time in bedroom, when we wanted to use any of the facilities. The host was inflexible. If you do...
"Very pretty area even if a little noisy from restaurants nearby. 10 mins walk from the train station. If you have lots of luggage it's best to let the owner know in advance, because there's no elevator (but he was extremely kind and brought my luggage up for me :-). A lovely stay!"

"The renovated barn with two bedrooms, a large living room, bath, laundry room, and kitchen was a welcome relief after our days of sightseeing. The kitchen was well equipped with what was needed to fix meals and snacks. The outdoor area was full of interesting plants and trees and plenty of room for my dog to run and play. The two owners are wonderful to be around and cared that our stay was satisfactory. Although it is somewhat close to a road, there are massive bushes hiding view of the road and a large expanse of grass and trees between the accommodations and the road. There is plenty of parking, and inside the accommodations, there was little to no noise from the road. The laundry facilities are in a separate room and offer all that one would need. In all, it made our stay in Duras a wonderful one. "
