The staff was very good and the room was fine. My only complaint would be the restaurant for breakfast. It was so loud you couldn’t hear people speak at your own table

No amenities, room lacks table lamp, too dark to do work productively, took a long time and repeated calls to the reception before someone changed the ceiling bulbs. Room phone doesn't work, had to walk down to the lobby to get any services or help. The work thing was the absolutely terrible dinner. I specifically asked if the grilled served the night before would be available for the following evening dinner buffet and I was informed by the restaurant front area staff that the same menu would be served the next day. Not only that was not true, there were hardly any hot food, four metal food trays that normally would have hot food were all empty, and no kidding here, the rest of the food was absolutely way below standard, there were also no soda, no ice tea, no juice and not even hot water, you got to be kidding me... When I approached another hotel guest and enquired about his opinion for this hotel's dinner buffet, without any hesitation, he said "This Is A Scam!", for $25 Euro, I also felt this dinner place was, well... A Scam!. We were at an Indian restaurant the night before, 3 dishes, 2 nanns, 1 red wine and one Diet Coke (Coke Zero here), less than $40 Euro. The hotel charged $25 per person for this truly unpleasant meal. We spoke with the hotel manager the next morning when we checked out, the female hotel manager was very nice, listened to the voice of my dissatisfaction of the hotel's dinner buffet, and genuinely seemed concern and wanted to improve this hotel...

The staff were mostly excellent expect for the once a week buffet the manger terrible attitude and the shower in the room splashed all over the floor had to mop it up every time the cleaning staff absolutely brilliant

Property is far from downtown. Need a car. Staff were indifferent. Toilet was blocked and no Aircond adjustment in room ,had to change room twice. Purchased water from vending machine. Took my money twice €4 but did not give the water bottles.Complained to reception, they did not offer any help other than “you have to call the number on the machine and they will give you the money back”. Whilst I don’t have a phone and don’t speak Spainish. Not very helpful. Would not stay here again.

Not great for me!
Not suitable for disabled guests! I had requested an accessible bathroom but they told me they only had one and it was small. I was travelling with a friend and we wanted a twin room. My room ( lovely and large with a terrace) only had a shower over a bath which I couldn’t access. They showed me a much smaller and dark room with tiny, high up windows because it had a separate bath and shower but again I couldn’t access the shower plus there was nothing to hold onto! I’d hoped to have a swim and shower off by the pool as a last resort but the pool was closed. I spent a whole week unshowered and had to wash my hair in the basin!! The hotel is spacious, and the service from the staff is good. The buffet breakfast and dinners are very good, but obviously the lack of an accessible bathroom let it down for me.

very pleasant stay
I had a wonderful experience. I stayed in a junior suite & was pleasantly surprissed at how large the room was. My room was lovely, the hotel was clean, friendly & the breakfast was very good (worth the extra money) The pool was lovely but the weather was not conducive to enjoy it.

Great hotel, lovely big pool!
We stayed for 1 week in October, hotel is about a 10min taxi ride from the centre which varied between €7 - €11 depending on time of day. The hotel is large, pool is big & clean. Free towels are supplied by the lifeguard. Due to the time of year the outside bar was closed which was a bit disappointing but it was late in the year so I understand. We went to the local supermarket & got some water/beer & wine which we kept in a cool bag & covered with ice, this saved us having to move too far for a drink. The rooms were a decent size, they had free toiletries, a free safe & a small fridge. They were cleaned everyday & new towels provided if you left the used ones on the bath. My only complaint was the fact there was no iron available in the hotel. They offer a laundry/iron service but it’s pretty expensive. We ended up buying an iron from a local shop for €20 instead. Seville is a lovely city & we plan to visit again, if maybe try & find a hotel nearer the centre next time if the price was ok, although we couldn’t get close to beating the price of this place even adding in the taxi costs.

My friends and I stayed in a 3 bedded room, we found the room spacious and comfortable. Great morning view seeing the sunrise, our room faced the swimming pool. Staff was very pleasant.

Arrived at noon and had luggage stored in locked storage room beside check in staff. Return at 9 pm to check in to find hotel staff allowed two people to walk away with the three pieces of our luggage. No offer to assist with interpreting at Police station that evening or next am when a second report was required. Our apple airtags were observed returning in part to the hotel. Upon calling they state the luggage was taken in error. Yet we find out by our calling the hotel. They do not pick up the other missing luggage just state the people who took it will return those the next day. Would a decent hotel pick the pieces they allowed to be removed and ship them right away so a customer can have their goods and medicines etc?

Good location and customer service. For a large hotel with a very nice lobby and amenities, the room feels dated. The breakfast buffet was amazing.

For a “4 star” resort there was nothing 4 star about it. Curtains were stained, bathroom had mildew, 5 out of 7 nights woke up to sewer smell coming out of the toilet. The WiFi is horrendous, try sending a picture over message and wait an hour or go to dinner. And worst of all? Its next to a professional soccer stadium. When the team is in town and stays at the hotel the police blocks all streets leading to the hotel. Good luck getting in and out of the hotel and parking lot. I know because I had to circle the city for 3 hours waiting for the area to clear. When asking the reception staff about this they first claim to “know nothing about it”, only to then claim “they cant control the police”. I have stayed at nicer “motels”.

Great hotel just out of the city centre (buses were €0.35 a trip with a Multiviaje card so no issue). Very affordable for a small but well furnished room with everything you'd expect and nothing you wouldn't. Though the good sticker price was balanced out by the cost of food & drink on the premises being double the price of eating/drinking out in the city. Which is a shame because the pool & outdoor bar area were lovely, just let down a little by the price of drinks/snacks while lounging.

Great stay in Seville
A great hotel, with fantastic staff. The pool is magic. The only downside was the breakfast is too expensive and there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms

The hotel is very good value overall with a buffet breakfast included. It was not made clear on booking that to park in their underground car park was €16 per 24 hours. There is plenty of free and safe on-street parking available nearby. A frequent bus takes you to the city centre which avoids the hassle of parking.
