This hotel was a wonderful place to stay in, minutes from the Cathedral and Alcazar. They were generous in the free water/coffee/soda - available 24hr and the tea service from 4-6pm was a nice touch. The staff were always friendly and willing to help. I was only here for a night but found it a very convenient location, as I stopped back several times through out the day to rest, or use the facilities. There is a roof top with nice view and a hot tub for those that are into that. There were ramps and elevators that would be helpful for those that are not as mobile. Very close to restaurants too.
A few considerations;
The closet in my room was not full length and was a bit frustrating when I wanted hang longer items. As far as I can tell its an remodeled old building, so it does have some older quirks to it. I for one could not figure out how to turn off some of the lights and ended up having to pull the plugs. The Shower area was a step up, which could prove tough for the less mobile.
While the bedsheets /linens were clean, some of them had a few permanent stains and signs of aging.
Getting here, your taxi isn't allowed to park next to the hotel (its a pedestrian only zone) so be prepared to walk 5 min or so. On your way out taxi's are allowed in if called by the hotel.
I would totally recommend to people who are looking for somewhere walkable, and with a touch of the past world.
