The front desk staffs are not professional at all. They can hardly find the record even we have confirmed the reservation before arrival. It takes us around half hour for checking in. It is not what we expected for international five stars hotel service. The staff even left the cleaning towel at my room after tidying up the room.

I like everything!! Friendly, responsive staff, outstanding customer service, facilities were decorated for Christmas excellently. Rooms and view of water were excellent. I highly recommend the Hotel InterContinental when staying in Frankfurt.

Panorama room with Iron bridge view
The hotel was a bit old but comfortable. The view for New year eve is very good unless u stay in panorama suite with river view. The minus point are when we book panorama suite but they gave us family suite like 2 connecting room. So we refused to take this room and ask to give back what we booked. At last they changed back the panorama suite to us. We stay this room was because for new year eve firework view.

great but bathroom small
This is a great hotel and I have stayed here before. My only concern is that the bathroom is tiny and the door opens in, so if you are large or have any impairment of movement, it can be difficult.

The staff have an attitude. It seems they didn’t hear about customer service yet. This is what I also heard from different people from around the works who are joining the same conference. Flexibility is something they are so far from as well. I do not care about the old property and rooms, but to be combined with bad service and an attitude is too bad.

Good room, well-mannered staff
The hotel is up to standard, with staff of good manner and comfortable room. The location is quiet and just a few minutes walk from main station, which is an advantage as the main station is a bit crowded. Only drawback is housekeeping - While the manner of the housekeeping staff is good, the working attitude could be enhanced further - the cleaning of bedside cabinets is a bit insufficiently careful (just using a big piece of washing cloth to "hit" on the cabinets twice) - particularly taken into account that the hotel is of the brand Intercontinental.

Great location, close to downtown. Concierge staff were excellent, Stephane and Sebastian very helpful, professional and polite. Grind deskntaff also very nice.

Great staff always very friendly and helpful. Wish the rooms would be updated with better air conditioning. The room felt warm at times even when I had the air conditioning on highest setting.

Loved this hotel!
Had a great room overlooking the river. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Liked the small touches such as robe and slippers, complimentary water, fully stocked mini bar. Front desk staff was very helpful. Had breakfast buffet twice and it was delicious! Can’t beat the location of this hotel, it’s not far from the main train station and right near the pedestrian bridge over the Rhine to go see the art museum.
