"This property is just gorgeous! We stayed here with my parents in their late 70's, my husband, two teenage boys and our cavoodle. The house had everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves. Most notable was the fantastic huge kitchen, large dining table, and outdoor dining table for meals, the full size billiard table, and very comfortable beds. What we also really loved was how beautifully styled the house is; gorgeous furniture and artworks as well as beautiful well placed lamps and lighting, not to mention the lush landscaped gardens. It was all a feast for the eyes, especially looking out on the garden and across the fields as the sun set. Unlike many holiday rentals, this house has be built/renovated with incredibly thoughtful design, quality and taste. We also loved how isolated the property feels, while still only being a short drive from Alexandra with it's cafes, Foodworks etc. Highly recommend Two Rivers Lodge to anyone who enjoys quality and comfort in a tranquil setting.
