"We stayed here one night. The rooms have been recently updated and were very clean. We had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was good."

I got back to the room while it was being cleaned so I waited outside until it was finished. The cleaning staff held the door open for me without verifying it was actually my room. On a second occasion, my room key stopped working and the front desk reprogrammed it for me without asking my name."

"Our room wasn’t ready.. we requested early check in for 3… they knew we were traveling from a distance for a 70th surprise party and our ride was picking us up at 5:30. Our room was not ready until 10 minutes of five which did not even allow us to get showered. We literally had to quick cleanup, fix the hair, fix the makeup and throw on our clothes. The room smelled like smoke, we requested a king size bed. We got two double beds. Our toilet did not flush, not the Marriott. I’m used to staying at."
