"Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom had a jacuzzi bath which, after filling with water we discovered the jacuzzi didn't work. Also the shower head had black mould on it, something that could easily be cleaned. As for the shower, it was old and tired, with water pouring from the waterfall shower head and the handheld shower head simultaneously, and the rather small shower screen ensured a soaking wet bathroom floor. When we arrived back in the evening our room was cold, as the hotel decides when you can put your heating on. However the reception did provide a small electric heater for us. Lovely hotel in a nice location, however, we feel it's the little things that are noticeable, that can make a difference."
