"This is one of the best hotels in Tuy Hòa. What impressed me most was the service — the staff were helpful, friendly, and incredibly polite. My room was cleaned and reorganized twice a day without me even asking. The room itself was spotless and offered a beautiful view of the iconic mountains and the rice fields. The sauna was amazing, definitely something you should try.\*\* \*\*However, the restaurant needs to improve the food quality. Despite that, I had a wonderful stay and an unforgettable moment watching the Tết fireworks — absolutely magnificent.\*\*"

"I stayed here during the big storm and flood. Hotel had no electricity, no hot water, no wifi for 2 days. They still charged me a full price. Hotel is very isolated from restaurants, no access of transportation …taxi, Grab… very inconvenient. "
