Liked price and included breakfast . When we first arrived at out unit the toilet was clogged and we had to find someone to clear it. It only took about 10 minutes but this should have been checked. Also there was hair on the floor of the bathroom. Over all was good, but without those two items could have been very good.

This hotel was very clean and room was bigger than I thought. Would definitely cone back! Very close to Bethel facilities!

Our room wasnt as clean as i had expected. There were crumbs on the floor in the kitchen and dood, garbage and crumbs under the couch (visible when we used the sofa bed.) When you book the room and put in requests, they always get ignored. 5th stay here and not fulfilled any time. Simple requests for extra pillows. Never enough towels for the# of people in the room suggestion, in this case 6 people ( 2 double beds, a soda sleeper) and only 2 full size bath towels. Walls and floors seem paper thin, we were on the 2nd floor and it seemed like an absolute zoo, screaming stomping and running through the halls until 2am. Lastly, some of the furniture is in need of cleaning and repair. The dining table was dangerously wobbly and the pleathe seating on the dining chains ripped and peeling, sofa and seemed really dingy. May have to look into a different location for family visits sadly.

Hotel room smelt of smoke, bathroom was dirty with hair and dirt all in bath tub before we even used it, and people above us were extremely loud, stomping around until 3am. Barely any staff around. Disappointed in this Hilton, not sure if I will stay again.

The rooms were very nice and clean. The breakfast was pretty decent as free breakfasts go. The bagels were very good. The best of the Mahwah chain hotels.

Experience was great! Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, sheets and blankets were clean & the bathroom and kitchen were in great shape. There were tv remotes in both rooms this time and I was very pleased with the breakfast options. Everyone was kind. Parents in law had ADA room that couldn’t be any further from front door. Bed somehow got wet while they we out. Battery died in door so couldn’t use card swipe and room really wasn’t set up for disabled people. Room 235

We were down for a funeral and I am not sure why but devine intervention from your manager who gave a us a upgrade to one of the best room I have been in two bed room a living room 2 Bathroom It really helped during this trying week and and also the breakfast were super GIve him a bonus he is the one who owns his dog Miles

Stay wasn’t bad, it was great either but could have been better. There were some issues with the room. First the safety latches on the door were a little shaky due to overuse, the glassware in the cabinet were really dirty and lastly there was a cockroach on the wall the first night…..had to quickly and quietly get rid of it.

The hotel needs to be renovated. First room I had, the heat didn't work so I was moved to another room. But the first room was very old, outdated, dark, dirty with mold on the wall in the shower. 2nd room a bit better but still dark, old and worn out. Time for a renovation!!!!

Friendly staff. Great service. Only wish coffee was better but it was your typical hotel coffee. Rooms functioned really well for my entire family. We had a bunch of suites for a family event.
