"The staff at Highbridge was fantastic! They were very kind and welcoming. They gave us a room close by to the lobby as well as parking lot. The room is exactly as pictured. The bed was comfortable with extra pillows. Breakfast was hot and delicious. You can see staff making it fresh as opposed to other hotels where you aren't sure where they are making it. The subway is a short walk from the hotel. If you are going to a Yankees game, it is super convenient (1 stop away). However, we did feel a little out of place in the neighborhood, but please don't let that deter you from staying. "

"The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, hotel bar and restaurant was excellent. The parking situation is a huge inconvenience though so plan ahead in that regard. The doorman, front desk, and all service people were lovely and helpful."

"My son and I stayed here for 3 nights. Overall, the staff was pleasant, the property was nice and clean and the beds/pillow were comfy. There are many restaurants in the area in walking distance and walmart is a 6 minute walk from the hotel. The room was very nice and we especially loved the split bedroom suite. The desk chair is hard to sit in for long periods of time if you are here to work. Shower water pressure was decent and hot water was not an issue. Complaints: The pool water was ice cold even for an indoor pool. There is no shuttle service to the airport. The breakfast was the same every single morning & nothing special. While there was a decent variety, the food was possibly a step up from hospital food. The only fruit was apples and oranges & the breakfast was mostly centered around people who do not eat healthy. The hotel doesn’t have automatic soap, shampoo, conditioner like other hotels offer."
