### Whole house in the historic centre with little terrace

The house is located in the historic center of Mahón, in a quiet traditional residential area, close to stores, bars and restaurants. The main monuments of the city are just a few minutes walk away (Pont de Sant Roc, Town Hall, Santa Maria church and the Museum of Menorca, among others). It is also very close to the viewpoints over the spectacular port of Mahón. The protection of the historic center of Mahón restricts parking in this area. There is public parking at 500 m and a free parking area at 800 m.  
  
  
  
It is a small corner house, very bright, first floor and two floors, completely renovated, with a typical marés facade. On the first floor is the kitchen with a dining area, on the second floor a living room with sofa and toilet and on the second floor the bedroom with bathroom and a small terrace.
