Average hotel secluded from rush
The hotel is located on a small hill away from the rush of the town. The rooms are spacious and with a good view. The kitchen does not have a tandoor but they get stuff from a near by restaurant which is well equipped, in fact you can walk down there for a multi cuisines.

Hotel is average. Family room size is spacious. Senior citizens like me have to climb steep steps to reach reception. There's no elevator to reach to upper floor and one has to go by stair case. Towels provided were torn and dirty and shabby, they were looking very old in use. Wi-Fi was not working properly. Complimentary breakfast is limited to only one item.

Hotel view was wonderful and memorable. But, cleanliness is not what we expected. In fact, menucard is not available in one of my two rooms. Morning service was very late.

After a long journey from Mumbai we were told that they did not have a room available for us as they had a large party booking. I was furious and do not expect to be treated in this way. We were taken to another hotel where the room was smaller and even though we had a triple room booked we were given a double bed and a spare mattress for my daughter to sleep on. This was disgraceful behavior from what I thought was a reliable hotel based on us booking through hotels.com.

Pls don't use this hotel for family vacation
I used this hotel in Aug, 2014 for family vacation. To my surprise this hotel was not at all good in terms of location, cleanliness, staff, food, rooms. Rooms are smelly. This hotel is just a 3 floor building with virtually no reception or lobby. Nothing for children.. My recommendation is that never use this hotel otherwise it will kill your vacation. This hotel runs with 2-3 staffs. I am surprise why this hotel is listed in Hotel.com site.

Denied room even after booked thru hotels.com
I booked Hotel Krishna continental thru hotels.com. As usual, it was mentioned in my hotels.com booking that no need to confirm again. So I went to hotel directly at 1.30 pm , they said that no room available. I shown them the hotels.com booking slip. They told me that the hotels.com has no tie up with this hotel.....They shown me other hotel, which is not good. So I denied. I called hotels.com for help. But Krishna continental person told me that you can call anyone, I will inform them that no room is available. He told me to accept the hotel he offer me. At that time there was not much option available with me, so I accepted to stay in other hotel given by Krishna continental. This is the first time it happened to me like this. I don't know whether this is the mistake of hotels.com (or) Krishna continental. Worst experience. So both are to be punished.

Value for money
The room was very clean, service was prompt. The view from the attached balcony is very good - you can see green forest everywhere & hear birds' singing. Breakfast was good.
