The house is fully furnished and equipped and has 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms/toilet areas. Sperrinview House comfortably sleeps 8 guests. There are 2 travel cots available also. The house is pet-friendly (max 2 pets allowed). Located on the outskirts of Magherafelt (a vibrant market town in the centre of Mid-Ulster, Northern Ireland), Sperrinview House sits on an elevated site, has free private parking directly beside the house and has fantastic views of the Sperrin Mountains, Slieve Gallion Braes and the surrounding countryside. Sperrinview House offers the best of both worlds (a tranquil and relaxing environment with the added convenience of nearby amenities including garages, shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars). This lovely property is only a three minute drive from the village centre. Sperrinview House is comfortable ad spacious and enables guests to enjoy a relaxing break, a family reunion, or an active holiday including golfing, hiking, sightseeing etc. The property's central location enables guests to easily travel to and experience all of the wonderful attractions that Northern Ireland has to offer. Indoor Amenities: - 1\. 3 double bedrooms upstairs, one of which is ensuite and 1 double bedroom downstairs. (2 travel cots also available). 2\. From the moment we arrived we felt very welcomed. Our hosts, Siobhan and John, were simply wonderful. They greeted us, gave us a tour of the house, explained any thing we may have needed to know and answered all questions we had. They had some local goodies for us to try and a wee milk in the fridge for our mornings. The house was decorated very cute. The front porch had lovely views for us to enjoy our morning coffee. We recently spent 2 nites at Sperrinview and could not be happier with our stay! Without going into great detail, our rental car broke down enroute to Sperrinview. As a result we were delayed by several hours in arriving at Sperrinview. When we finally did arrive, John was waiting for us, he welcomed us into the home, showed us around and had even started a fire for us in the living room fireplace! After what was an extremely stressful day, coming “home” to a comfortable couch and a roaring fire was to say the least, extremely comforting! And if that was not enough, the next day when we had difficulty connecting w/ the rental car company, John agreed to come to the house and let us use his phone to call the rental car company. Then when the car company said it would take over 6 hours to get get a replacement car to us,John offered to drive us to Belfast Airport to pick up the replacement car. John and Siobhan’s kindness and caring attitude “saved” our holiday! Because of them we were able to PU the replacement vehicle in a timely manner and continue our tour of Northern Ireland and the “Giants Causeway” We HIGHLY recommend Sperrinview, John and Siobhan! ##### loretta c.
