Stayed here for a bit of a lads holiday. There was only two of us but we were there for the Magaluf experience. Hotel was surprisingly quiet. 5 minute walk to the beach and a couple minutes more to 'the strip'. The location of the Hotel is far enough away from the strip which stops it from being a proper party hotel bit at the same time close enough to walk to.the rooms were clean, modern and cleaned overt day. The staff were really helpful. This was my first trip to Maga amd was expecting it to be a bit rough. I was pleasantly surprised. Magaluf is beautiful and the Hotel was perfect. Would definitely recommend this. Wouldn't bring children in peak times (July, August, September) but there were plenty of families there during our stay (beginning of June).

I had a good stay at this hotel. The location was great, close to beach and all the bars and clubs were within walking distance as well as shops, cafes. Another beach was within walking distance also. The food was not great, and drink were cheap but that was ok. There was only entertainment on one night but this was because it was the beginning of the season and I guess there was not a lot of people at the hotel. The spa was ok, the Jacuzzi was not very warm and made a strange gurgling sound which was irritating. The staff were helpful and friendly. I had a seafront view from my balcony which was beautiful. The gym was ok although I did not use it, very basic and machinery was old. Katmandu was a great place to go to although the water park there did not open till may but again close enough to walk to from the hotel (10-15 mins). Wifi was 6 euros per day, per device which was irritating as we would have loved free wifi from a 4 star hotel. What made it worse was that I stayed with two others and if it was only 6 euros per room it would not have been so bad but 6 euros per device was ridiculous so even if I had a phone and tablet I would have to pay 12 euros per day! The lift broke down with my cousins in it once, this was sorted by the next day and we had to use the stairs (we were on the 6th floor). After that breakdown lift would alarm with more than 3 people
Overall I would stay at this hotel again due to the location and the friendly staff. Room was comfortable and clean

"Next to beach, good breakfast, lacking in service"
Visited end of season. Not sure if it's the culture, but the staff is not friendly at all. There were hardly any guests at the hotel and not once did any of the staff greet us when we walked past. That being said, proximity to the beach was great and breakfast was stellar.

"Big Hotel trying very hard to cater for everything"
We booked this hotel for 4 nights as a break at the start of April - (weather was excellent by the way ) the half board option seemed to be a good choice as there appeared to be little in the way of other restaurants nearby.
We arrived late and following a welcome drink of fresh orange or water we were quickly checked in and given our room details - unfortunately we were unable to get anything to eat - not even a snack or room service and the bar was to close in 10 minutes (11.45) and the barman appeared not to be able to find a bottle of red wine - we did get a drink (very small glass ) had a wander and went to bed - the room was clean and spacious
The next morning ( and the following two mornings) we had very nice selection at breakfast - and although very busy ( several senior holiday groups) the staff kept the tables cleared and the buffet replenished. The pool and facilities were fine there were plenty of beds around the pool and although we did not use the Spa - the couple of occasions we went along there did not appear to be anyone available - I did use the pool and my husband used the gym - nice facilities. Dinner was buffet style and a good basic selection of food - plenty of choice although mainly the same each evening - I do think they were catering for the large senior groups - there appeared to be a good entertainment programme and a fair selection of cocktails n the bar - the cave bar had a nice atmosphere . Leaving at 7am we were too early for breakfast

Nice reception area. Lifts all working. Room in good clean state. Bed (which was noisy but comfortable) changed every two days. Bathroom nice size. Towels changed daily. Shower gel provided. Lovely shower. Recommend breakfast. Take your own tea though. Great location. Pool was good - with lifeguard. Definitely recommend.

This was the fourth time I've been to Majorca and by far the best hotel I've stayed at so far. Situated right on the beach, we had a sea view that was beautiful. The room had a balcony and was clean with a huge king size bed. The staff were wonderful when our flight was cancelled and we had to make other arrangements. Would certainly recommend it to anyone and can't wait to return.
