"I gave it "OK" rankings because your survey does not allow for "don't know". The hotel is not open. It is closed. There is no one there. I had to find another hotel at the the drop of a hat. Not sure how I was able to book a hotel that is not open. I think this is on Expedia and not the hotel. "
