The apartment includes a great breakfast buffet in our restaurant and is located in the heart of Madrid, in a privileged location just a few minutes from Gran Via. You can walk to the main tourist attractions and enjoy the theaters, cinemas, museums, coffee-shops, restaurants and stores in the city center.

The apartment is located on the third floor, with stairs and elevator. It consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, the bedroom has a balcony overlooking the street and central heating, television, modern bathroom, equipped with towels, hair dryer and toiletries.

The accommodation does not have air conditioning installed at the moment, but we have provided a portable air conditioning unit.

The kitchen is American style with dishwasher and is fully equipped, it has all the necessary appliances to make your stay the most comfortable and profitable you can have: microwave, coffee maker, toaster, mini fridge. There is also a laundry room on the same floor of the apartment.

A common laundry area service is available for your convenience at the installation.
Ask for a baby cradle or high chair for your baby should you need it.
Enjoy high speed WIFI, smart-tv and air conditioning.

20€ cash charge for LATE CHECK-IN after 12AM.

*** COEXISTENCE ***
It is strictly forbidden to use the accommodation and facilities for parties, events or any other noise that disturbs the good coexistence and rest with other neighbors and guests of the building.

*** CHECK OUT / LUGGAGE STORAGE ***
Check out time is 11AM.
We offer you a luggage storage service at our premises during office opening hours, being the cost of the service 3€/piece.

Private TAXI service at your disposal. Contact us to arrange your pick up.

*** BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE SCALE ***
We have a professional platform scale in our office that you can use for an accurate control of your baggage allowance for your trip.

Our accommodations include a wonderful buffet breakfast in our Day Madrid Restaurant, open daily from 7:30 am to 12 noon. Our team will provide you with more information upon arrival.

*** PARKING ***
We offer you private parking just 5 minutes from the accommodation with an additional cost of 20€ per vehicle per day. Subject to availability. It is necessary to make your reservation in advance and provide the details of the vehicle to formalize the entry to the restricted area of Madrid center. Only vehicles duly accredited with environmental sticker will be allowed to enter. Request information and requirements before making your reservation.
