Intentaron corbrarnos 150 para lo que en taxi era 60. Habia manchas en el suelo que digo yo eran de sangre seca. Dicen allos que era oxido de un tubo roto. El aire en la habitacion estaba roto y el, su mujer y bebe de un ano sudaban todo la noche. No hicieron nada menos culpa lo a el por no llamar a las 4 de la manana y pedir asistencia y esperear alludanza dudosa.
They tried to charge us 150 euro for what in the end cost us 60 in taxi fare. The excuse was that it was an outside agency and that they had no fault. There were stains on the floor that looked like dried blood to me. They said the stain was oxide from a broken pipe. The air conditioning in my brother's room was faulty and he, his wife and one year old baby had a horrible night soaked in sweat. They were quite tired from travelling and reluctant to get out of bed and wait for maintenance with uncertain prospects that the thing could be fixed, let alone the inevitable wait, as tired as they were. The hotel said it was their fault for not calling.
Expedia itself was semi-useless and only added a layer of administration between us and the hotel.
