We had an excellent pre-flight night here. The exercise room is like a full fledged athletics club, with optional massages and classes. Breakfast was excellent and was included with our room. The airport shuttle was right on time - request a time based ticket when you check in. We had a great stay here.

Second time at this hotel. Unacceptable the lack of air conditioning in the suite. Forced to 24.8 celsius degrees without the possibility of lowering it. Felt like an oven and had to buy a fan to use. Will definitely not come back. A real shame.

Everything is good except the beds, which do not guarantee that they are queen or king size and in winter you cannot turn down the air conditioning and it is a little hot in the rooms. The staff is very nice and the place is safe.

This hotel is very good. As one of the hotel’s attributes, it lists its proximity to the airport complete with transportation to and from the airport. It neglects to say that morning bus service does not begin until well after 7:00 a.m. You will need taxi service if you have a morning flight.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the wifi was good. The fitness center was well equipped, and the restaurant, bar, and lounge areas were well appointed. The parking was $15/night but was convenient and safe. However, the room air conditioning did not cool the room properly (I set it to 20C but it never went below 24C and reset twice during the night), and there was no air conditioning in the fitness center.

Hotel meant for business meetings.. Close the airport but otherwise a little distant from the "action". There is public transportation that one can use, the bus takes straight to downtown in 45 minutes and do does the train (but it's a 12 minutes walk away) and at night it's a little inconvenient to walk back from the station though I did not feel unsafe at all at 11-11:30pm walking it multiple times. You can always take a cab for 15-25 euros depending on traffic. The hotel is big, clear, service is great actually, everyone is very courteous and polite. The rooms are on the smaller side but yet spacious enough and comfortable. Confy beds (though they place 2 beds together to make a Queen bed, annoying). The toiletries are of good quality. Internet is fast but moody, mainly in the rooms. All appeared very clear. Breakfast was included, if not it's 16euros but it's a Very generous breakfast, better than some hotel that charge much more per room and per breaskfast. Overall great hotel if it weren't for the location.

A little far from the main attractions of Madrid but it is a beautiful hotel and for us worth the distance. Super convenient bus stop across the street will get you where you need to go.
