Property was old and on an extremely busy/noisy street. There was constant loud commotion inside and outside the building. Towels were old and hair dryer was broken. The noise did not stop until 7 in the morning so we did not sleep at all.
Very clean & comfortable. Kitchen setup was excellent. The use of a laundry washer was a plus. The location is excellent. Beautiful big name shops & restaurants around the corner. Two minute walk to Gran Via with access to Transit Buses, Metro, & Tour Buses. The restaurant next door is excellent for tapas & paella. Walkable to Plaza de Sol leading to Plaza Mayor, which was very close to the famous Mercado San Miguel.

Our flat had problems with the washer/dryer and the heater that was there didn't really give enough heat. The stove didn't work either & I made it aware to them there was a man that came but mention he couldn't do anything since he was not the maintenance person. I wouldn't recommend the location and room we had it was a 2 bedroom with 1 bathroom. They didn't even offer to give us back at least a night worth of stay since we already had paid.
