We stayed one night before our flight. The restaurant food was great. Having a shuttle to the airport in the morning was fantastic.

Good size room and large bathrooms but had trouble getting the air conditioning to cool the room and pillows were rather thin. Waited around 40 minutes for the airport shuttle to the hotel, apparently just missed the previous one so got unlucky but also wrongly assumed it would be more frequent. Also only one person working at check in when the shuttle arrived so had to wait in a queue to get our room keys. Shuttle back to the airport was good as it departs the hotel at set times (on the hour).

Location was closer to the airport and also walking distance to a shopping mall. Free airport shuttle was a plus. Room was clean and staff very friendly

It's a great hotel for one night if you are flying in or out. The restaurant has a decent menu selection and not overpriced. When catching a flight, shuttle bus leaves on the hour and that's it. Be sure to book the shuttle beforehand. The room and bathroom are spacious and clean. The heating system is somewhat extreme and pumping lots of hot air.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Shuttle service was on time and efficient. Included breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices. Would stay there again.

I would give this place 5 stars except the entire lobby and restaurant smelled of some kind of incense or air freshener that is cloying and bothered my sense of taste and allergies. Please do away with this. Many people are sensitive to scents.

There has been a leakage in the roof originating from the upstairs bathroom, resulting in an unpleasant odor permeating the rooms. A/C wasn’t working and they had no idea when was going to be fixed

The restaurant staff was a little lost. The rest the hotel is very accommodating, with transportation to the airport.

Gym is small and not great, restaurant options are very limited and the keys system is very old and not functional. Staff however are very nice and helpful especially David in the restaurant, rooms are nice and big and beds are very comfortable

Very convenient to the airport with free shuttle. There were three of us and we got a room with three comfortable beds
