Worst hotel during three week trip where I visited Spain and Portugal. Though it’s a VIP Assess hotel, they don’t offer VIP member benefits, no free breakfast, no room upgrade. Even after you showed them the reservation and Expedia’s public VIP member benefits summary. Not only they don’t acknowledge that, they gave me the worst attitude. They wanted the client to call Expedia and negotiate the agreement between the hotel and Expedia. I will not recommend anyone stay at this hotel. If you are an Expedia VIP member of any level, don’t expect any treatment at this hotel. Stay away from this hotel, the manager is terrible!
