I loved the beautiful space, the lobby which made the lobby a very beautiful and elegant which made it very presentable for relaxed business meeting. I liked the fact that it had a restaurant and that the restaurant set up chairs and tables at the plaza for dining alfresco. Breakfast was great. I didn't quite like the fact that the elevator broke down twice for the two days I was there. But there were two so we always had an elevator. I liked the room but I HATED that the closet space was very small and there were no chest of drawers for more clothes. Overall, I would rate it a good 3 to 4 stars.

Disappointed is the word I would use. We were wrapping up a month in Spain and thought we would try an Expedia VIP hotel. When we arrived the woman checking us in was not friendly which was unpleasant. She put us in a room overlooking the Libby which is connected to a restaurant which services the public in a plaza outside. There was loud music playing until after midnight, it made it impossible to sleep. However, it is a nice, clean hotel which is extremely well located with a nice housekeeping staff. Front desk service was unfortunate and soured our last four days in Spain. When you arrive ask for a quiet room away from the lobby, restaurant and street which may give you a better experience than we had.

Worst hotel during three week trip where I visited Spain and Portugal. Though it’s a VIP Assess hotel, they don’t offer VIP member benefits, no free breakfast, no room upgrade. Even after you showed them the reservation and Expedia’s public VIP member benefits summary. Not only they don’t acknowledge that, they gave me the worst attitude. They wanted the client to call Expedia and negotiate the agreement between the hotel and Expedia. I will not recommend anyone stay at this hotel. If you are an Expedia VIP member of any level, don’t expect any treatment at this hotel. Stay away from this hotel, the manager is terrible!

Literally a few minutes from Plaza del Callao, but nice and quiet at night. Such a hidden gem. Beautiful room, clean bathroom, the shower has great pressure which is important to me. The balcony was directly looking at Plaza de San Martin. The service was top notch and very accommodating. Daniel at reception was amazing

Great hotel! Walking distance to many attractions. Quieter area. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was great. Hotel is very pretty and super clean. I would stay here again.

I booked the hotel in Nov. 2023 for March, 2024. Since I booked the hotel in advance, I was expecting I would have a room somewhere quiet and have some privacy. When I arrived, I noticed that the original room was #117, which was next to the front desk. Since I arrived early, I asked if I can leave the luggage before check-in…. He’d gladly changed my room instead of hold a luggage. When I walk-in to the new room, I noticed it was next to maid’s supply room. Constant noise….. I am not quite sure if you call it upgraded since my room had been changed from next to the front desk to next to maid’s supply room… Hopefully it wasn’t base on my name or what i am. Would you like to book your room next to front desk or supply room in advance?

Services are helpful and prompt. Front desk was friendly. Staff Daniel was especially friendly and dedicated. Always cheerful and attentive to guests. Location is central, off the noisy tourist thorough fare yet only a short walk public transport, shopping and restaurants.

A nice hotel located in the center of Madrid. Walkable to most attractions. The breakfast was excellent with many varieties and choices. Though, the front staff could've been more friendly or had more of a smile. Still, it is a good hotel for the amenities it provides.

Very good for 4 stars hotel and safe.
The hotel is nice, big and well located. The air condition system in the entire hotel I think is a bit old. The room that was assigned at first had the a/c broken. Then a second room was assigned and the a/c worked properly but had a small noise.

Great location
Perfect location to walk around Madrid Centro . Room was small but comfortable. Only problem the curtains don’t stay closed and there is light coming in . Also there is a night light that is very bright. We had to put a bag in front of it to block the light . Would be nice if they give 2 free bottles of water when you check in. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel .

Location ideal, very modern bath, lovely balcony
Church bell at 7 am rang for a short time but the balcony was the best for the 2 nd floor. Very quiet room and comfortable beds
