The hotel is in the very center of Madrid. A block to Plaza de España, a block to the Gran Via, a couple of blocks to Puerta del Sol. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Our room faced the street and as with all major cities it could be noisy at times. The room itself was very spacious and clean. With a kitchenette we were not expecting and only used the refrigerator. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely do it again!
Granvia is steps away, but maybe not the most fun part of it.
One room we had the outlet got burnt, it was not the safest setup in terms of electrical wiring. We moved to another room and internet was very slow, the room was not very modern, still power outlets issue. The shower was not the best I’ve had in Spain. The area was in a Chinatown of Madrid, but still pretty good.
Good staff and facilities.
The thing i dint like was you had no water for the guest and the least you provide is this.
Also no kettle or teas. This is 1st place where i dint see 2 basic thibgs which is aleays free in mostly evverywhere even in gust hpuse.
Maybe it was just my room, but this hotel is extremely noisy. I was on the first floor facing the street, and I could hear both street noise and noise from the lobby. The constant noise made it hard to sleep. In addition, one set of lights in the bathroom was broken, as was the bracket for the shower head. It would randomly flip up, causing water to spray in my face and all over the bathroom. While the location of this hotel was great, I would not stay here again.
Everything was peaceful and much more than what I needed. Location was perfect. Everything within walking distance and metro literally around the corner. It's even next to a police station which gave me more comfort as a solo traveler.
Hotel was much pricier than others we stayed at on our trip and was not as wonderful! Parking for rental car was too much also. Booked here because was in walking distance to Flamenco show we booked. It was clean and comfortable enough and the staff was very helpful and friendly!!!
We had a very enjoyable stay. The people were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was top notch and much appreciated during hot summer walking!
Nice location, Nice hotel. There are some renovation works in the district, so it might be noisy in the mornings. Other than that, it is wonderful hotel.
Excellent location, room and service.
My room was very big, cleaned and comfortable.
Staff was helphul and very nice.
The hotel is in Madrid centre. There are coffe shops, restaurants, shops, supermarket nrxt to the hotel.
My wife & I are well please, personal was great, specialy Laura she went out of her way to help us with any issues. Hotel located in a great location close to any restaurant, and interest places to see. It seems the hotel is well known by the locals. We got lost , but people were friendly and point us to the right direction. We are tinking of going back to madrid next year & planning to stay there again.
The room was fairly spacious, rather than being like other European style small rooms. The staff are great and friendly. Especially one of the staff with slim metal frame glasses (I did not ask for her name) was super great and helpful. The window curtins definitely need to be washed ASAP. It is pretty much closes to all the city attractions.
For my family of two kids, it was the perfect hotel. With a built in kitchen, two rooms, air conditioned, very spacious, close to the center, friendly staff, walking proximity to just about everything. Very happy with everything and would definitely recommend.
