Great location and clean hotel. However, my room was extremely hot at all times, which prevented me from sleeping the last night. I don’t think the AC was working. Also, I was doing the Madrid half marathon on the Sunday morning and called to reception to see if they could accommodate me with a few slices of toast delivered to my room around 6:45am to which their response was “breakfast doesn’t start until 7:30 on Sundays so no” which was disappointing. Apart from that, hotel was good.

Great location in Madrid, right next to the metro. Has a gym but is smaller. Staff did not let us keep our luggage for more than 24 hours told us to get a stoarge locker elsewhere.

Had a goid 3 night stay here. Location is close to most areas of interest and so we walked everywhere. Experienced noisy drilling on Friday which we were not pre warned about. Room and bathroom was spacious and clean. Bed was a great size and super comfy

Service was excellent. Room very clean. Location great. Room was too hot and was not able to reduce temperature. Tile work to include drilling began at 8am.

This is a great hotel right in the heart of Madrid. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean and updated. Would stay there again.

Great room, super convenient to train station. Nice coffee shops nearby and grocery. Room a little noisy (street and other rooms), hot tub not warm. But overall a great experience.

Staff was very accommodating, and efficient. I had trouble with the AC, called down and they were knocking at the door within 5 minutes of the call. Love the 3 choices of citrus cold water in the lobby.

Lovely find
Great hotel with plenty of space. Never had such a large room. Bathroom wear l was devine and the TV was huge. Located in a bustling area with lots to do. The bestest metro was closed for refurbishment but the next closest was only fifteen minute walk away. Would Def stay again

Location was convenient, close to train station and the city core. Although the area was noisy, the room had double windows which blocked any noise. Our room terrace required you to step through windows to get in and out. Not good for people with mobility issues. The terrace itself was large with two loungers and a table and chair set. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and Madrid as well.

Great stay! Lovely staff and a good rooftop bar
Great location for Atocha station and short walk to city centre Sol area. Very friendly, helpful staff. Amazing breakfast with very wide choice of foods to suit all. Room was clean and well maintained. Rooftop bar and jacuzzi were great for a bit of chill time

Great hotel in a great location
Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The Rooftop bar is comfortable with great views. Breakfast was lovely and covered all tastes. Room was serviced daily.

Pedro and the reception team were excellent! Held our luggage before and after check-in and check-out so we could explore the city. They were friendly, accommodating and professional. Great hotel, met all our criteria. Well located, clean and would recommend!
