This was my second time staying at this hotel during my 2 week trip. I have nothing but good things to say about it. The staff are very helpful and considerate. The rooms for solo travelers are great with all nice little extras. I became a member of the H10 hotels and this meant I received a little gift - a complimentary drink in the bar and a lovely little box of chocolates. I had to fly home the next morning and had no time for breakfast so I appreciated the free coffee and mini croissants in the lobby. It's just what I needed! I would definitely stay here again!

We had a one night stay here as the first night of our honeymoon and the front desk staff specifically Larissa was absolutely AMAZING. They surprised us with a bottle of champagne, chocolate and even gave us recommendations for where to visit for our next destinations. The accommodations were beautiful, immaculate and the pillows were so comfortable and amazing. The hotel also had a blow dryer, flat iron and universal plugs which made it so easy to travel from the US. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to all of our friends! We had a suite with a jacuzzi that was so fun and we got to see some fun views of Madrid. This was centrally located and we could walk anywhere we wanted to.

The service and staff were amazing. Comfy and huge bed. The bathtub of the specific room we were had a small crack that could use some fixing. Other than that, everything was great!

Hotel Room Service/Restaurant
The hotel kitchen is only open at meal times, and this means 8PM for dinner. We arrived hungry in mid afternoon and there is no room service or snacks available when the kitchen is closed. It was pouring rain and windy, making finding a restaurant difficult so this is not ideal for travelers.

This is a very nice hotel conveniently located in Madrid, within walking distance to many attractions. Metro access is very close as well. We enjoyed the dining nearby as well as more distant locations. You can't beat Madrid for attractions, museums and culture.

The terrace suite was the best! We appreciated that the staff were quick and attentive when we had issues with our jacuzzi. The bar staff provided us with ice on two occasions and opened our wine since we didn't pack an opener. The room faced the back of the building so it was quiet in the morning. We watched the National Day fireworks from our terrace. Lovely hotel, would recommend.

Nice hotel with lovely bar/lounge area. Room was good but with a double bed (Canadian double) it was still a little tight for 2 people. We had a drink in the lounge but were not able to charge it to our room. This was first in our 1 month of travel. Breakfast was very good with a good selection but it was also expensive. We opted to have breakfast at the hotel our last day for convenience before we caught our train to San Sebastian . Close to lots of restaurants, bars, shopping and within walking distance to Royal Palace, Prado Museum etc. Even though it was on a busy street the rooms were quite sound proof. We would recommend this hotel.

A delight
Wonderful welcome. Friendly and personable front desk staff. We had a little cava and zoomed up to our gorgeous suite. Wish we could have stayed for much longer--the terrace was exquisite. Off the busy Gran Via, but close to all the things. Once you were inside, you were a world away.

Quaint and comfortable
We had a lovely time in a very centralized location hotel. Lots of restaurants surrounding the area and shopping. I liked the uniqueness of this Boutique Hotel. Very friendly staff. Just wish there was a water kettle to make some tea in the morning.

The lobby and other common areas were excellent. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. But my room was small. There was a closet in which one could hang things. But there were no drawers or shelves anywhere. I lived out of my suitcase which was in the way on the floor. This is not what I expect in “Boutique.”

When we arrived we where able to check in swiftly the receptionist was very helpful we stayed in the deluxe suit at the back there was nonoise the room was spotless huge bed plenty of space tolietries in bathroom the shower was lovely plenty of power huge balcony not much to look at but set out lovely. Shops, restaurants all within walking distance we had a day out on the hop on/off bus we bought tickets at our hotel well worth the trip because theres lots to see.. Finally we ordered breakfast to our room was great well worth the extra 5 euros definitely recommend this hotel staff are excellent and hotel spotlessly clean

This accommodation is in a central position, very clean and staff are very helpful theres plenty of restaurants on its door step they also do food and drink although a little pricy we stopping in a deluxe room at the back nice and quiet and very spacious some nice touches fridge and toiletries and gorgeous balcony definitely recommend

H10 was a beautiful stay. Our room had a balcony facing the city. The location was perfect, in the central of the city. It was walking distance to many excursions as well. The hotel bar was beautiful and quaint. Breakfast was yummy!

Couldn't ask for more
Hotel was very charming but fully updated and very clean. Staff was great from lobby to bar to cleaners. Very convenient location if a tourist, maybe not for you if you want a quieter part of the city. Our room was fantastic with a huge patio looking over the city, really blew us away for the money.

This lovely boutique hotel is located within walking distance to many attractions. It has the most comfortable beds! Great storage. In room safe. Fresh water provided daily. Spacious bathroom with great water pressure. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay the absolute best experience. The lobby bar is a nice touch. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great service and location. We were disappointed that our room wasn't higher so we had a better view and use of the balcony. Hotel is a little tired. Excellent breakfast. Very good staff.

I spent my last night in Madrid at this hotel. Beautiful hotel located right in Gran Via... excellent location. If you are traveling with a car, there's no parking!
