It is a practical and functional, street view 45 m2 apartment for 4 people, in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. It is located on the first floor and the building does not have a lift. The apartment consists of 1 spacious and sunny bedroom with a 1.35 cm double bed dressed with its bedding, split air conditioning cold/heat, TV, safe box and space to store your belongings. In addition, the accommodation has a comfortable sofa bed for two people in the living room. You have a modern and spacious bathroom with hydro-massage shower, shower gel and hairdryer. We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel. We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the beds. The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; make responsible use for its proper functioning. The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 4 people and other usual utensils. To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron. You will find a dining area for 4 people. The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!. Free wireless WIFI network. It needs an update. There was a jack hammer that started at midnight and reported it to mgmt. I was told to call the police and a neighbor already did. It usually doesn’t happen in the building I was told. The shower is really small and you have to be careful how you move or the water can get real hot. The linens need to be upgraded. The location is excellent there is a gym 2 doors down. The coffee shop LH is excellent with the best cappuccino and croissants. It’s a busy street and a little noisy till 2AM. ##### Karen L.
