The apartment includes a great breakfast buffet in our restaurant and is located in the heart of Madrid, in a privileged location just a few minutes from Gran Via. You can walk to the main tourist attractions and enjoy the theaters, cinemas, museums, coffee-shops, restaurants and stores in the city center.

*** Temporary works of remodeling and improvement of the building, we apologize for any inconvenience that may occasionally cause. For this reason we have been forced to remove the air conditioning machines temporarily, we have provided the apartment with portable air conditioning machines and fans. ***
(The working hours for these works are only from Monday to Friday from 8am to 5:30pm)

The apartment has 3 bedrooms - two of them with a double bed and one with two single beds - and in the living room there is a sofa-bed for two people.

The accommodation has split air conditioning hot/cold and a fan in the living room. It has a complete bathroom and another one with a second shower and washbasin equipped with towels and personal hygiene products.

In the kitchen you will find the necessary equipment for 8 people: refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, microwave, tableware and kitchen utensils, kettle, coffee maker and sandwich maker; it also has a dining area. All the comfort to feel at home.

Ask for a baby cradle or high chair for your baby should you need it.
Enjoy high speed WIFI, smart-tv and air conditioning.

Monday to Friday from 10AM to 6:30PM.
Saturday and Sunday from 11:30AM to 6PM.

*** LATE CHECK-IN ***
20€ cash charge for LATE CHECK-IN after 12AM.

*** COEXISTENCE ***
It is strictly forbidden to use the accommodation and facilities for parties, events or any other noise that disturbs the good coexistence and rest with other neighbors and guests of the building.

*** CHECK OUT / LUGGAGE STORAGE ***
Check out time is 11AM.
We offer you a luggage storage service at our premises during office opening hours, being the cost of the service 3€/piece.

Private TAXI service at your disposal. Contact us to arrange your pick up.

*** BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE SCALE ***
We have a professional platform scale in our office that you can use for an accurate control of your baggage allowance for your trip.

Our accommodations include a wonderful buffet breakfast in our Day Madrid Restaurant, open daily from 7:30 am to 12 noon. Our team will provide you with more information upon arrival.

*** PARKING ***
We offer you private parking just 5 minutes from the accommodation with an additional cost of 20€ per vehicle per day. Subject to availability. It is necessary to make your reservation in advance and provide the details of the vehicle to formalize the entry to the restricted area of Madrid center. Only vehicles duly accredited with environmental sticker will be allowed to enter. Request information and requirements before making your reservation.
