Surrounded by cinemas, theaters, shops, restaurants, and the city’s main tourist attractions, it is the perfect place to fully enjoy Madrid. We take care of every detail so that you feel at home from the very first moment. We look forward to welcoming you!. It is a practical and functional 52 m2 street-facing apartment ideal for up to eight guests, fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It is located on the first floor and the building has a lift. In the lobby you will have to navigate a few steps to reach the lift. The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms; two with a double bed of 1.35 cm and a third with two single beds of 90 cm, all the beds dressed with their bedding. You will also find a comfortable sofa bed for two people in the living room and a ceiling fan. The accommodation is equipped with portable air conditioning, electric heating, television and storage space. You have 2 bathrooms; a full bathroom and another with a sink and shower; bath gel and hairdryer. We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel. We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the beds. The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; make responsible use for its proper functioning. The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 8 people and other usual utensils, where you will find a dining table. To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and an iron. The accommodation has everything you need so that you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.
