Location is amazing. However, the place could be cleaner and the elevators can be upgraded. Employees were very helpful and friendly. I stayed there 5 years ago and I noticed a decline in the upkeep.

Spacious suite centrally located. Very convenient for sightseeing. For this reason, the area can be a bit loud at night, but it is to be expected.

Perfect location in the heart of Madrid. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was very clean. The staff was very nice with perfect English at checkin.

The only thing that i noticed instead of giving us double bed we were given 2 twin beds and also there is no dryer in our apartment. Location is excellent.

Convenient location, good ammenities
Check in was fairly simple. The front desk area was a bit off putting as they also service hostels there, which we were unaware of. The checkin area is also a bit dingy. The location is perfect though for a short stay. Our room was the economy one bedroom. Great large living room and good view from the balcony. The bathroom was functional but small. Good towels. Good kitchen equipment. The bedroom was fine but the bed was really hard, painful hard on the ribs. It was fine for one night. Also the room is very hollow so you can hear a lot of noise, however we didn't hear any noise from the adjacent hostel. I would stay here again for convenience on a stop over, but would maybe stay somewhere else for a longer stay.

The apartment suite was fantastic, spacious and very cute. We had a perfect view of the plaza in front of us and we were walking distance from many tourist sites and bus stops. However, the wifi was terribly slow and there were several posters and flyers in the hotel with outdated information. Besides the poor communication, the unit was great.

Perfect location, great accommodations!
Absolutely enjoyed my stay at Suites/Apartments. The room was spacious and comfortable, nice bathroom, a great kitchenette, and we had some pretty great views. The location was also great, very easy to get around. I will definitely be staying again.

Great location, near everything. Main issue is the sound from street, ask for a suite on a higher floor. apartament had a nice hall with sofas and windows to the street that was fresh with high ceilings. Breakfast was good

The 3 bedroom apt was wonderful, clean, equipped with everything. AC units were excellent as it was really hot outside. Reception staff was excellent and professional. Location was great as you are in the middle of the city and walkable. The only negative was the noise level. Our room had a sky window and it was not insulated to cancel out street noise so unfortunately we did not sleep well at night. Street noise was loud until 5am.

24-hr check in meant that even when our flight was delayed we were not worried about checking in late at night. The staff on the desk were so helpful (even though it was 2am by the time we arrived). The room was big, with a kitchen containing everything we needed. Security was great, as you needed your key card to get into the corridors and to go up the lift, making us feel very safe. The apartment had great air conditioning too which provided a welcome break from the lovely hot Madrid weather. The location was the biggest plus, so central and walkable to all the amazing sites of Madrid. Within the area outside the accommodation were lots of bars, restaurants and shops, as well as a grocery store. The only down side was the luggage storage was broken when we were there, and though they gave us directions to a nearby luggage storage place (which we needed as our flight wasn’t until the afternoon), we had to pay about £15 (which included a discount Mola suites provided) and I feel that really should have been complimentary. Overall, such a fab location and an apartment with everything you need. Thank you for a really enjoyable stay.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Madrid!
This place was spectacular. Such a great way to begin our tour of Spain. The front desk was very helpful and accessible. The property was very clean, spacious, well stocked and amazingly located. There probably isn't a better location in Madrid. It was a 10-15 minutes away from everything you want to see in the city. I highly recommend.

The Hotel Apartment is clean, spacious and location is in the city center. The only downside was we were placed next to the elevator and it was so noisy we can’t sleep. Requested to be moved to a different unit but but property was full.

The front staff was great at check in and check out. The unit was very nice and kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Loved having a clothes washer. The location was excellent, close to many sites. I stayed in room 311 and it was noisy from the street, even with ear plugs. Just remember this is in a great busy area

The hotel really close to several travel sights and shopping area even Metro! And the hotel was secured, every time you use the lift also need to read your key card

The location is excellent. Considering that it’s in a busy square, the apartments are well isolated from noise. Management still has the opportunity to improve the conditions of the suites. If feels very used-up, and it should be maintained to keep the furniture in good condition. Also, there’s grime in the showers, which causes uncomfortable feeling. The staff was friendly.

The location is perfect. It was close to Plaza Mayor, several restaurants, shops and metro. The front desk clerks on the Suite side were very helpful but do not come in till 10am so on occasion when we need assistance we have to rely on the front desk clerks on the Hostel side and there was one particular guy there who refuses to address our concern with the broken bathroom door after the first day of our stay and uses an accusatory tone when I told him we would like it fixed. He implied that we probably broke it because no one reported it before our stay. I told him your cleaners should have reported it when the last guests checked out to which he didn't have a response and went on to check out another guest before finishing the conversation with me.
