My second time. Last time was honeymoon a while back. The bed is most comfortable I've had in years. Food menu in the bar is diverse and can work for most tastes. The staff is so helpful, accommodating/understanding and reliable (any special needs are not forgotten or ignored).

Great location close to museums and Retiro Park which is huge and amazing - why go out for food when the chef at the hotel is astounding- try Risotto/ lamb ravioli/ Spanish omelet- salads are all very especially the tomato/ avocado with black olive dressing!Junior suite is spacious with an unfortunate sofa bed- very plain- bedroom is a good size with wonderful pillows and bedding- bathroom could have been cleaner- hairdryer seemed to have a short in it and kept stopping Staff is unfailing helpful- remembers your name!
