We were there on a Saturday night. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The place felt safe & well run even though it isn't an fancy place. We did not touch the kitchen or use the tv. Just the shower & slept. They do have coffee but did not have real cream, just the chemical Coffee Mate stuff. Breakfast was typical hotel food.

Was great I was able to leave our dog while we celebrated thanksgiving with our family. I did make sure the front office staff had our phone number in case any one complained so I could come back- but looks like everything was fine.

The first employee we encountered when we stopped to see about a little bit of an early check in was incredibly rude! To the point we almost just went to another hotel. We decided to stop back later in the evening to check in when a new employee was on duty. She was incredible! Very helpful and extremely apologetic for the rudeness of the earlier employee. I would hire her in a heartbeat for my own company. The first employee I wouldn’t even give an interview to. She saved our business and we stay at this property yearly and because of her we will be back.

Nice comfy hotel just on outskirts of city. Frequent stays here and see improvements routinely. Breakfast is bare essentials so plan on eating somewhere even though it is included.

Radio charger connections for USB were broken. When I checked with desk I was. Told they could replace on the AM. Did me no good as staying one night. Staff refused to get a functioning radio from another room. I failed to ask for another room - silly me. Also the green shampoo/conditioner next to the sink was the same color as many mouth washes. I presumed it was mouth wash, mush to my dismay!! Shampoo/conditioner the same color as many mouth washes is downright stupid. OR, at least it should be in the shower/tub and not by the sink. Just saying.

We had bugs in our room, see photo. We also were very creeped out by the staff. My sister wasn’t feeling well so she went back to the room early. As she was taking a nap, the front desk lady entered our room (no knock or warning). As she saw my sister, she said “oh sorry, I was just seeing if this room was occupied”. Even though my husband and I checked in 15 minutes prior and she saw us leaving the hotel together. It seemed as if she knew we left and thought we were gone so she entered our room to steal things. Very unpleasant experience.
