New construction 2015 with private ocean view decks, WiFi HD TV. King sized bed. Self contained suite with mini kitchen total square footage of each suite is about 400 sq'. We are very close to Baker Beach and the Hiking trail at Francis Point Provincial Park. Both of these destinations offer great Ocean views and beach combing. Just to be clear, if you book this listing through VRBO you are booking Suite #2 - we also have a second suite (also shown in photos) -- TO CHECK AVAILABILITY ON OUR other SUITE PLEASE CHECK VRBO LISTING NUMBER 791550.

Our recent policy changes since covid are still in place, we ask all and past guests to please read our changes that may have come into effect since your last visit so there are no surprises for your stay and billing.

Please note our suites are NOT really set up for a lot of cooking like frying foods but we do offer an outside BBQ however.

Beautiful area and incredibly comfortable stay
Our vacation suite was incredibly comfortable with a beautiful view and easy access to Baker Beach. Our hosts were helpful and accommodating offering great suggestions for hikes and touring the area. This was our 2nd stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it and all the adventures we had over the few days in the area.

Great spot in a great area.
Great location/views!! Pleasant area in which to walk. Picturesque beach nearby. Short drive yo restaurants, groceries, other outlets. Madeira Park is roughly at the half-way point along The Sunshine Coast -- there is much to explore and enjoy in either direction. Wayne and Kathy were solicitous and caring hosts.

Wonderful stay
Everything was great at this property! Wayne and Kathy are amazing hosts. They provided all the info we needed about hikes, restaurants and beaches. Suite is super comfortable, clean and private. Also you are getting an amazing views from every window. Loved the rain head shower. Location is great. Baker beach is a short 3minute walk away and what a beautiful beach it is. Wonderful stay! Can’t wait to return.

Had a great trip
Wayne and Kathy were great host and very helpfully providing local information, the location of property was very peaceful and quiet, it had all the amenities that you would need for a relaxing great getaway. They also let us use the hoses to clean off our Kayaks before heading home, We can’t wait to go back again.

Wow what an amazing experience. Everything was absolutely great! My partner and I booked a vacation for our 1 year anniversary in September long weekend and we stayed there for 2 nights. From the moment we got there, Cathy and Wayne were really great hosts. They met us at the front when we arrived and took our breakfast order, they went through the details, explained everything, told us about the best places to visit, the beach, gave us maps & magazines with things to do, etc. We were so impressed with how clean everything was! So much detail on everything, fresh smell, spotless. The bed is so comfortable, the bathroom shower was amazing and spacious, I had a makeup mirror with a little table facing the ocean, we had extra towels, the room had character with decorative instruments, lots of storage space, etc. We loved the view from the bedroom, we were in suite 2 and you can see the ocean from the window. At night Madeira Park is so quiet, so serene, it’s a beautiful place to relax. It was definitely worth the drive from the main Street. In the morning we had breakfast on the balcony. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Cathy is an amazing cook, the eggs were done perfectly. We felt so spoiled, we also had raspberry jam, yogurt & granola, the bread was healthy and delicious, everything was absolutely amazing. Baker Beach is 1 minute drive from the b&b and you can also just walk down, it’s right under where we stayed. It is absolutely amazing, beautiful, very private, beautiful views. On our drive to the beach we even saw 2 deer in the morning! On the second day my boyfriend (now fiancé) proposed on the beach at sunset, so it was a very romantic weekend for us and our hosts definitely made our stay the best. In the morning after our engagement Cathy made us cranberry bars with a little note “congratulations”. We thought that was so sweet! And the bars were delicious. We highly recommend staying here, absolutely amazing time! Thank you so much for making our engagement so special! We will definitely return.

This rental is a wonderful calm place to stay. We were lucky to find it available for our dates. The location is great with a quick walk to Baker beach and short drive to stores and restaurants. There are so many beautiful spots to visit in the area we could’ve stayed longer. The view from the unit is beautiful. We could sit on the patio to enjoy the quiet morning or evening. The breakfast is so good! And the squares waiting for us on arrival were so yummy. Wayne and Kathy are wonderful hosts! We would love to stay again some day.
