The shared areas are perfect for gathering. There’s plenty of space to find a quiet spot to read a book. The neighborhood is quiet but we got a friendly wave when out for walks. I loved that I could go to bed early while others stayed up shooting pool and watching movies. There was a step from the living room to the rest of the house that challenged my elderly parents. Bring towels for the lake as none were supplied other than for bathing. The dock was nice with shady or sunny seating. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved grilling and using the smoker.
