First arrived on a prepaid fully reserved room. They said the room was sold out. Then said there was one room. But no key. There was no TV AT ALL. THE CABLE was missing. There was no key to the door. The front desk had to open the room with a master key, and then we had to stay in the room and could not leave or we could not get back in Completely Unnaceptable. Should get a full refund.

It was pretty good but quite full with tight parking. Wasnt a fan of having our room close to ice machine, was loud in the middle of the night with people randomly getting ice.

Everything was in disrepair, from the hot tub to the iron and everything in between. Don't stay here unlessbyou have very low standards.

Facility seemed dirty and neglected. Not sure when the last time the room was cleaned or vacuumed. Tv looked like it was wiped with a dirty mop. Cigarette ashes on the bathroom sink. Dirt, trash, even loose change on the floor. Debris and crumbs on the pull out couch. Toilet constantly ran unless I took the lid off and messed with the chain/flapper. Shower rod was slanted from being ripped off the wall so many times that it wouldn’t close on both sides so the bathroom floor got soaked. Latch lock was broke and didn’t even lock. The AC unit wouldn’t work at first so I reset the plug, then realized that for some reason there was a candy wrapper wedged in the panel keeping it from getting a connection. The hot tub heating element was apparently broken so no hot tub (the reason I picked that particular hotel) Every milk carton in the breakfast fridge was expired 2 days prior. I definitely expected better. Won’t be back.

The woman at the front desk last night did her best to take care of us, and I think she was working alone. I booked a double queen through Expedia, but they only had a king suite meaning we needed to use the pullout bed. Well, after being handed the sheets fir the pullout at the check in desk, I made up the pullout bed only to find no pillows or blankets for it. I called down and the same woman answered and told me there were no clean blankets she could give me, she'd try to get one out of another room and bring it up, which she did. Unfortunately the blanket was musty, odd smelling, and almost see through in places, so my son's slept without a blanket, which was chilly. Overall, the facilities need some TLC. Breakfast was good and the morning staff were welcoming.

Not a great experience. Bathrooms were dirty, place was looking run down, hot tub doesn’t actually have hot water, and there was no soap available for any of the rooms. Unfortunately we don’t have much good to say about the place. Would not recommend.

The staff was very professional, polite, and courteous. The room, however, was dirty. The showers had hair in them and they were nasty. The food was good.

By far one of the best places to stay in Forsyth. Was very clean and I observed staff continuously walking around and cleaning/touching up day and night. I have stayed here for 9 days so far and have enjoyed every moment. For me what sets this place apart from others is the staff. They all see to take pride in their jobs and truly make you feel like family. One young man really stands out for me. He always addressed me by name and wanted to make sure everything was going well. So Ray, thank you so much for making my extended stay here so much fun and really enjoyable! I wish you all the best and take great care, sincerely Mr. John.

There was a pill and dead bugs on our carpet- the tile was sticky so obviously it was not vacuumed. The shower was filled with black mold and the ceiling had a leak and patchy. The bed did have clean sheets and was comfortable. We had 2 rooms and both were the same gross feel. One had very questionable stains on the chair. Definitely don't take your shoes off.

This property needs updated and repaired. Our room specifically had no working handle on the outside of the bathroom door, the sink did not drain well, the shower was grossly moldy and looked like an amateur had installed the granite, the bedroom walls need drywall patched and the whole room needed fresh paint. THe refrigerator was leaking and the floor wet in front of it.

Staff was great. Room was terrible. Wallpaper peeling in bathroom. Faucet sink leaking terribly. Heater sounded like a duck being choked when came on. Shower unit moldy. Room needed painting. Had to switch rooms because door to adjoining room had no lock. Hole in lobby wall. Not enough towels. Overgrown vegetation in the parking lot.

The room was never cleaned in the four days we stayed. It took over four hours to get new towels, because the room was never cleaned. There was a massive amount of roaches in the bathroom and bedroom

It is one thing when hotel rooms I’ve seen better days and furniture is a little worse for wear, but this place is beat up, moldy dirty and gross. Would never stay here again there is no excuse for keeping even a run down room clean. I’m not even sure the sheets have been changed from the last guests!

Keep scrolling for another hotel
Keep scrolling people. Rolled in around midnight and opened the sleeper sofa for my daughter. It was disgusting, had chips and dirty paper plates inside it!! Opened closet for linens- there were none. Opened dresser drawers which had crumbs and a dead bug. Went down to the desk for linens to be told the linens were in the room. When my hubby told me they weren’t, he was handed a small blanket and a flat sheet. We took a pillow from one of the beds. Next morning when my husband showered at 6:30- there were only hand towels and wash cloths. We wondered if it was only halfway cleaned. I never leave bad reviews but there was no alternative with this place. It’s filthy and unsanitary.
