Everything of this hotel is average. Not terrible, but not good either, just average. However, consider the price tag compared to other hotels in Macau, it is definitely worth the money.
The room was not quiet; the fan of the air conditioner is fairly loud and sounds from the hallway can be heard, but it is not so bad that you can't go to sleep. The breakfast buffet is not tiny but small nevertheless; still it has enough food to keep you refreshed for the day. The sheets and towels are a little worn out, again, nothing I would complain to the staff, but not "brand new" either.
The location is great. The bus station is just outside the hotel and you can get to most places from there. There are easily 20+ restaurants within walking distance. All taxi drivers know the location of the hotel as well.
Note that the staff of the restaurant are lazy - the advertised closing time is 10:00 but in reality they either ask to you order a simple dish or refuse your order completely by 21:45.
Overall it is a very good budget hotel within the Taipa area. If you are just looking for a descent place to stay in Macau, without the casinos and luxury, then I would definitely recommend this hotel.
