Everything was perfect! The room, its view, the washroom facilities, the gym and pool. The best of all were its restaurants - easily the best pizza I have ever had and the tastiest champagne!

Wonderful gastronomic delight
It was an excellent experience, the food at the Guincho a Galera was as scrumptious as ever. The only regret was that we did not manage to get a sitting at the Robuchon au Dome. Otherwise it would have been a perfect trip.

The property is located near other hotels/casinos and your only a few minutes walking distance to shopping centers and plenty of convenient stores around the hotel. The front desk people were super nice and up graded us. The room was incredibly nice and the view out our window was wonderful!! We will definitely stay here again with our family!

It was a bad experience!
We smell not comfortable when we got into the room. So, we requested to change it. They said that they can not provided the same grade of room for us and asked us to accept the lower grade. We have no chose at that moment. By the way, someone rang the bell at mid night and asked us do we need water. But we did not call room services. Why they bother us at mid night time?

I specifically requested and was confirmed a non smoking room. The room ended up spacious with an excellent view but a strong cigarette smell with a big crystal ashtray on the coffee table. The reception and luggage storage service was good but concierge service was very cool and quite unhelpful.

Good week in Grand Hotel Lisboa
Great location at the center of Macau. Service is good apart from some difficulties in the shuttles from and to the airport, which only operates occasionally before 5pm. The hotel is relatively old fashioned but still in good condition. A big minus is the huge number of Chinese tourists sitting on the floor or taking photos in the lobby, blocking the hotel guests. It is difficult to get them to leave but the hotel need to try something.
