"Resort was nice. EXCEPT! You get bombarded with the resort sales pitch aka time share. I gave them 1 hour and left. Enjoyed vacation. Drinks food was really good. Had an assortment of restaurants to choose from. Make sure you make reservations. Buffet had great breakfast and lunch. Drinks were great. Rooms and service was good to. Have a good pair of walking shoes. Also do not get bought into privilege packages. If you want it for drinks go ahead. Rooms are not worth extra cost. Im not there for room anyway. Also no ocean activities there at this time. Wanted kayaking did not have. Did have a lagoon off ocean with sea turtles though. All in all nice place would go back"

"We had SOOO much fun at the Hard Rock!! Jose made our time so special at the central pool. The roomy, the beach, the grounds, and the restaurants were all so beautiful and clean. One of the largest places I've stayed at, but they have trollies every 15 mins! Highly recommend!! "

"We stayed for a week earlier this month & it was fabulous! Check-in w/Felix was quick & easy. Javier was assigned to us for anything we may need. Javier was excellent keeping us informed & making suggestions where to eat & activities. He was amazing, there should be many more like him as he definitely impressed us with his attention. The ladies at the lunchtime ...Gabriella was awesome keeping white wine very cold for us. The guys on beach kepted our cool drinks coming. The beach was beautiful & surprisingly no seaweed. I would definitely go back & next time probably get the premier package to take advantage of the better drinks & pool area. There is a beautiful lazy river & also splash slides that adults too can definitely enjoy. The compound is easy to navigate on foot & they also have golf carts to help you get around. Also, you can go to the neighboring hotel, Breathless to enjoy the restaurants or shows. Lastly, no writs bands anywhere just check-in & get your keys!"

"The property was beautiful. Be ready to put on your walking shoes. The property is huge. There are multiple pools and a beach located on site. The food was good. Staff was friendly and always cleaning the property. The property is 45 minutes from the airport so, book transportation ahead of time. "
