Huge covered porch with ceiling fans is a enjoyable way to spend a relaxing morning drinking coffee watching the birds on the lake. The plush grass yard is the perfect area to grill or experience the beautiful lake view. The swimming area next to the dock has a rare sandy bottom that is ideal for playing in the lake. Large trees surrounding the property provide cool shade for the grassy St Augustine lawn. In the evenings relax around the fire pit that is ideal for roasting marshmallows. If that wasn't enough, the property also has a boat house with a swim deck for fishing and sun bathing on the lake. Bring your boat and conveniently use the boat house to keep your boat safe when not in use. The neighborhood also has a convenient private boat ramp, a short walk away from the property. Custom Built Home, located in Indian Harbor, this Paradise is perfect for a relaxing getaway. You will love the Panoramic views of the Open water. All bedrooms have a lake view and the loft view is amazing. The front porch is inviting and covered with a nest hello door bell. A large covered deck with ceiling fans, surround sound speakers, and seating for 12 provides a comfortable space for dining, grilling, relaxing, and watching the sun set. This vacation home is fully furnished and can accommodate 12 people (8 adults, 4 kids) comfortably. There are 3 bedrooms, a loft, 2.5 bathrooms and a laundry room. The large kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including all necessities for cooking. The master bedroom, which opens to the deck, has a king size bed, the second and third bedrooms have queen size beds. The futon makes into a small full size bed, there are two twin mattresses on a trundle bed and a twin bed in the loft. A queen size air mattress can be put out for larger groups. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace on cool nights as you look out the expansive walls of glass onto the lake from the living room. An easy hour's drive from downtown Dallas and just south of Gun Barrel City, the house is conveniently located close to shopping and restaurants. The lake house was wonderful, Thanks for allowing us to check in a little earlier on Christmas Day. Dock is great for casting a line or sitting and relaxing! It was my favorite spot. Swimming area has a sandy bottom and was perfect for rafting and playing around!
