"From the moment we were met at the airport, the greeting we received when arriving on the island from the guest relations team, the superb massage we had at the excellent spa to the lovely food in all the restaurants (Mama) and the service at all the bars, the picture perfect setting and our housekeeper Ashik who looked after our overwater villa and kept the mini bar well stocked. Cant praise this place highly enough. Excellent snorkelling from your room with plenty of black tip sharks and tropical fish to swim with. Kayak's, pedalos and snorkel gear were free to hire too. A special thank you to guest relations for the cake, card, bottle of fizz and the bed decoration even though our anniversary was a couple of weeks earlier."

"Great place to stay "

"We had a fantastic stay at Kaani Palm Beach. Rooms are spacious, a/c works really well, good sized bathroom and a really comfortable large bed. The infinity pool on the roof is a great bonus with fantastic views, although it can get very warm in the afternoons. The Kaani sunbeds on part of bikini beach are free, and have an umbrella. The main attribute for the hotel however, is the staff. We met so many lovely members of staff, that I can't remember them all, but I would like to mention Azmeem, one of the managers who helped us when we had a problem with the room. In the restaurant, Anisur, Try, Farouk, MD Alom and Omelette man Rana (apologies for any spelling mistakes) were all absolute stars, I would like to mention more, but my memory lets me down. Would definitely love to come back to this hotel 💯"

"The experience was ok, breakfast was good, they give you towels for the beach, and the air conditioning works perfectly, but the photos doesn’t match exactly as the ones advertised on hotels.com and not even similiar to the ones in google maps (it shows a swimming pool that doesn’t exist) it’s a few blocks from the prison and next to a mosque so prepare for the 430am prayers from really loud speakers, also there is doing a super loud construction of a building next door "

"The stay at this place was absolutely wonderful. I truly, truly enjoyed my time here. The staff is incredibly friendly and super helpful, and I was treated so well by everyone, from the very first to the very last person I interacted with throughout my stay. Additionally, the location is right by the beach—literally just a few steps away—which made it even more delightful. It’s also surrounded by plenty of restaurants, so there are lots of meal options to choose from. Plus, the transportation to the Male Jetty or the airport takes only ten minutes, making it super convenient for getting around."
