"Cette hotel est fantastique avec l’acces au lac artificiel et aux activités avec le passport pour enfant et pour adulte à prix abordable (si vous faites toutes les activités offerte). Le mont Adstock assez proche est aussi vraiment agréalble pour une rando. Par contre pour y être allée en 2022 et maintenant en 2026, on a senti que les nouveaux propriétaires n’ont pas investi pour continuer de garder l’endroit à la hauteur de ce qu’il était en 2026. Le module de jeu sur l’eau est brisé à plusieurs endroits, les vélos sont rouillés, le mini putt aurait besoin de petites réparations, seulement 3-4 arcades sur les 10 fonctionnent encore. Le staff a aussi grand besoin d’une formation en service à la clientèle. Nous avions toujours l’impression de les déranger. Et pour un séjour de 3 nuits, on a eu aucun service de nettoyage… il a fallu demander des tasses propres, il n’y avait pas de shampoing dans notre chambre. Il y a aussi eu un enjeu important de sécurité lors de notre séjour et c’est seulement après avoir insisté beaucoup moi et mon conjoint que des actions pour la sécurité des clients sur le site on été prises. Le restaurant de la plage était aussi bondé et il y avait une file de gens qui attendaient, certain avec reservation et d’autres non, mais les serveurs(euses) passaient devant les gens sans parler pour expliquer le temps d’attente. Un endroit merveilleux, mais qui perd des plumes et qui a besoin de recevoir un peu d’amour èa nouveau."

"Absolutely beautiful condo overlooking the golf course. Spacious and modern. The large outdoor dining table with umbrella was perfect for our BBQ dinner. The only negative is that the hot tub water did not look like something we should go in. Cloudy. Still, we would not hesitate to stay there again."

"This property was really comfortable and easy to access. We enjoyed the warm second level with gorgeous views, a big kitchen, and a fireplace for the evenings. We walked to the ski mountain, we snowshoed on the golf course where there was a groomed trail, and we went to Quebec City, an 1 and 1/2 hour drive from the property. Would recommend!"
