I stayed for 1 night with 3 children aged 7,7 and 11. The staff we came into contact with were all extremely friendly. The children particularly enjoyed using the pool and we found this to be clean with adequate changing and showering facilities. The hotel is within easy reach of the shops and beach and the area is flat which is perfectly suited to those with difficulty walking or young children. The room was clean, bright and spacious. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. The hotel had lots going on for children throughout the day although we didn't take part as the weather was beautiful and we spent our time out on the beach.
The hotel is situated in a good location. we booked a seaview room, but the double glazing seals had gone so the view out of the window was obscured with the condesation inbetween the glass panels. Rooms decor looked different luxury from the photos. The photos on line are a bit deceiving, so was a bit disapoiunted when we entered the room. The bed looked in the pictures that we was getting a superking bed but it was 2 singles pushed together! overall the room was clean . The young girl on reception had only been at the hotel a couple of weks and she was sweet and friendly, but didn't want to upset her with any complaints.
Friendly reception and a clean, comfortable room. This was one of the cheaper rooms, but still had a sea view. St Annes on Sea was as chilly as always, but the room was snug with an effective heater. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room were welcome, and a nice cooked breakfast in the morning.
Run by lovely couple with really friendly atmosphere. Quality of rooms is reflected in price of £25/night including breakfast with lots of options..........vegetarian, vegan, gluton free, and normal English Breakfast ! Lovely location within 2 minutes walk to beach.
