At this outdated motel, we endured a 20-minute wait for check-in with no attendant at the reception. The room lacked heating, had bare floors, and was missing a bin. This has been the worst hotel experience of my life. I will never return to or recommend this motel.

Very basic accommodation. Beware the parking charge system. The hotel reception does not make you aware that stays of longer than 2 hours require you to pay for parking!! £60 fine minimum

What a dire place!
What a dire place this is!! We, unfortunately, spent 2 nights here. The mattress was so hard my whole body aches. The pull out single bed had a very old, very tired and dirty, thin mattress. Every single spring could be felt. The ‘King’ bed is just a double. No carpets. The sofa was liquid stained with who know what! At nearly £85 a night it wasn’t worth it by any means. No WiFi. It advertises noise proof rooms!! What a lie. We could hear everyone. Free toiletries consist of 2 sachets of shower gel. The only good thing was the shower.

At least the beds were clean
It is pretty shabby, surrounded by parked trucks, and no Wi Fi! Have recently removed bottles of shampoo and now provide 2 sachets of shower gel. A fine place for 1 night if you need to get up and out quickly the next day, but not a destination in any way shape or form

The property overall is ok, but the comfort levels are poor, the bath was dirty and the beds were solid, for a motorway stop for the need to rest before another long drive, clean and comfortable facilities would be a better option

This place is very basic. Paid £74 for the room and stayed in much better places and paid £45-50. No light in toilet at all as it must have just broke...yeah right. Double bed was like a rock and could feel every spring in sofa bed. Very poor accommodation even for just a quick stop over to get your head down. Should be ashamed at charging so much for so little!!

A very basic property for the price. Noisy and uncomfortable beds - super hard. The floor felt like the soap used to wash it hadn't been cleaned off properly. The staff were very friendly.

Room was not tidy - especially the bathroom with a lot of hair around the sink and in the bath. The sofa was far from clean with lots of marks on it. Reception were not friendly. Whole place smelt stale.

Room was OK but towels and bathmat were damp. Fortunately spare towel in cupboard was dry. Connected to free WiFi but no internet. Woken up at 6.15am by continuous noise from room above - so no soundproofing.

Very tired property. Landing floors feel as they are going to give way. Carpets frayed and dirty. No coffee or drinks in room. Could do with a thorough clean and spruce up

Booking in was easy for 5 rooms for 14 people. Clean and everything that was needed for over night stay. There is no ventilation apart from approximately 6 inch gap in the window on security wire. No-one got a wink of sleep. Even most budget hotels have fans in rooms. Wouldnt stay again

The hotel is very basic, but we’ll laid out rooms. The bathroom was a bit battered, and the shower screen allowed water all over the floor. 2 sachets of shampoo and body wash, and the smallest pick of soap ever

Very basic and tired rooms. Stank of bleach which was unpleasant. No soap or tea/coffee in rooms. Water temperature for shower was tepid. Only positive was that the staff on reception were very nice.

It would be more comfortable to stay on a park bench - it would be cleaner too I stay in budget hotels daily with work and as long as the place is clean with a decent bed im happy but unfortunatley this place is dirty and the matresses are awful
