Quay House is an historic house (Grade 2) located in one of the most beautiful streets in the New Forest, 30 yards from the Marina, 50 yards from the High Street.
With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (3wc), a courtyard and a large lounge spread over 3 floors, it will comfortably accommodate up to 10 people.
The house has undergone an extensive renovation program and now boasts a very high standard of equipment throughout. It is furnished with an eye for detail and offers a casual luxury feel.
Lymington is the perfect base to explore and enjoy the New Forest, at any time of the year.

Great location
Loved the location, easy to find. Appreciated the free parking permits. Lovely sized property and we'll stocked kitchen with appliances etc. Excellent WiFi. Downside: squeaky main bathroom door, unable to open any of the bedroom windows. Musty first bedroom and back bedroom felt damp. Could do with champagne flutes. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again if we returned to the area.

Great house in a lovely area
Lovely house and well equipped. The location is great, close to the marina and lots of shops and restaurants. Only downside was the noise from people coming out from the nearby pub, and the slight inconvenience of having to carry luggage from the car park. Owner was very quick to respond to questions.

Superb town house
The location on quiet cobbled street, just a few steps from main high street and quay was unbeatable. The cottage is lovely, it was spotlessly clean and well equipped.

Perfect location in a cobbled street near to the high street. The property had everything you needed. It had character and was clean. We will come again.

Lovely stay
We have a lovely time, the property was just as it said on the website and had a nice homely feel to it. The manager and owner were fantastic with communication and sorting out everything for the property. Lovely area and walks near by. Parking was a bit of a pain as we had lots of bags as had little ones with us who need lots of things but always got a space in a local car park just a shame we couldn't have dropped bags off first, over all though a lovely place and highly recommended.
